Here's The Story

Read how my client was able to secure a sale for their home in only 10 days...

Initial Consultation

When Stacey and Geoff reached out, they had a lot on their plate. They were in the middle of building their dream home on the island and needed everything to line up. The goal was clear: get the right price for their home in Ladner, and do it without a drawn-out process that would distract from everything they had going on.

During our first meeting, we talked through their timeline, their expectations, and the realities of the current detached home market. I walked them through what other listings were missing and why a focused, strategic launch was the only way to get the result they needed.

From the start, I made them one promise: we wouldn't just list their home — we'd launch it. With a clear plan and trust on both sides, we got to work.

Listing Process

With our game plan in place, we hit the ground running. For a home like this, in a market where buyers have options, we knew presentation and timing had to be perfect.

We started with professional photography to capture the home at its absolute best. Then we brought in a team to produce measured floor plans and a branded listing video that told the story of the property — not just the features, but the lifestyle it offered.

From there, we launched a targeted Facebook campaign and featured the property on REW to get the right eyes on it fast. Every post, ad, and video was built to create buzz and build momentum. And rather than opening the doors immediately, we held showings back and channeled all of that interest into one thing — our official launch open house.

We were very happy that we chose Aaron to be our realtor. His knowledge and strategy, honed via experience and focus on the market, allowed us to price our house just right. Those factors combined to ensure a quick sale with a minimum number of showings and disruption to our lives. Highly recommended. Thanks again Aaron.

Successful Close

The open house did exactly what it was designed to do. By the end of the day, we had our first offer. Later that same day, a second offer came in. With two buyers at the table, one of them stepped up with a strong offer over asking price and minimal subjects.

Geoff and Stacey had a firm sale — fast, clean, and on their terms.

That quick sale meant no lingering stress, no drawn-out process, and no distraction from what mattered most: their new build on the island. With this chapter behind them, they could turn their full attention to the next one.

For me, this wasn't just a win on paper. It was about giving a great family real results when the stakes were high — and proving that in any market, the right strategy always beats waiting and hoping.

SOLD IN ONLY 10 DAYS!

In a tough market where the average days on market is 22, we were able to sell in under half that time.
